This role sits in the merchant acquisition and incubation team for TikTok Shop UK. You will be leading the Mass Channel managers and High-Value acquisition teams. The primary objective is to mass/target attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means. This role is suited for an experienced UG product manager lead or operation team manager in both strategic thinking and business process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term strategy, lead key initiatives, and set the future direction of mass acquisition and targeted acquisition. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure individual and collective growth.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and taking proactive measures to address any performance gaps.
- Manage the development and implementation of seller outreach strategies covering seller acquisition and incubation, identify roadblocks and coordinate necessary resources among larger teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including seller services, government and experience teams, and training, to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above, strong experience in mass account management or mass acquisition.
- Experience in mass user or client management, familiar with key levels including but not limited to EDM, SEM, SEO, seller onboarding process, incentive policy, growth mission, etc.
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining goals and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in a highly results-oriented environment involving external client interaction.
- Experience managing teams, proficient in cross-team collaboration and driving successful projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, able to cope well under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of the European commerce landscape, user demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation is a plus.
- Strong team player, focused on delivering high standards and results.
- Proven ability to thrive in a changing and fast-moving industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to relay key takeaways to internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
